Bella Ballerina is happy to provide you with access to old videos  & photos of shows we have produced.
Simply fill out the form below and we can get those digital files to you ASAP! 
Please fill out one form request for EACH recital you are wanting an archived copy.

    ARCHIVE ACCESS FEES:
    Upon submission of this request, your account will be charged the following fees. 
    $50 Archive Access Fee (covers video and photos from ONE recital date.  Multiple requests for multiple recital dates will be charged multiple access fees.)

    Your digital files will be released to you via a unique link on our website within 10 business days and the above charges will be billed to the credit card you have on file.  If you do not have a credit card on file, Bella Ballerina will contact you to obtain billing information and the request will not be completed until payment has processed. You will be alerted via email that your files are ready to the email address above. You will have 30 days to download the media associated with this request from our site before it is removed.  Failure to download by the deadline will result in having to pay new archive access fees to regain access.
